Property document integrity check

    Verify your land registry documents

A reported breach of Romania's land registry data has left thousands of owners unsure whether their property records are still accurate. HomeVault helps you check your own paperwork against what you should have on file.

    The problem

When registry data is exposed or altered, ownership becomes a paperwork question.

Records can be altered or lost

A compromised registry means entries can be modified, duplicated or deleted without the owner ever being notified.

    Owners have no complete copy

Most homeowners keep deeds, extracts and cadastral papers scattered across drawers, email inboxes and notary offices.

Gaps only show up too late

A missing cadastral number or an outdated extract is usually discovered during a sale, an inheritance or a dispute.

    Proof needs to be independent

If the official record is questioned, your own timestamped, organised archive becomes the evidence that matters.

    How HomeVault helps

One secure vault for every document that proves your property is yours.

    Encrypted document vault

Deeds, cadastral extracts, sale contracts, inheritance papers and permits stored in one private, encrypted place.

    Structured property profile

Every document is linked to the property it belongs to, with dates, numbers and parties captured as searchable data.

    Completeness check

We compare what you uploaded against the standard set of documents a Romanian property file should contain.

    Gap report

You receive a clear list of what is missing, outdated or inconsistent, and what to request from which authority.

    The process

Three steps, and the verification work is on us.

    3

    Step 3

We verify and report the gaps

Our team reviews the file, confirms what is in order and sends you a written report of the possible gaps, plus the steps to close them.

    Common questions

Do you contact the land registry on my behalf?

No. We tell you exactly what is missing and which office to request it from. The request stays in your name.

    Which documents should I upload?

Everything you hold for the property: sale-purchase contract, land book extract, cadastral documentation, inheritance certificate, building permits, and any notarised papers.

    Is this legal advice?

No. It is a document completeness and consistency check. If we find something serious, we tell you to take it to a notary or a lawyer.

    How long does verification take?

Usually a few working days after your documents are uploaded, depending on how many properties are in the file.
