Step 1
Get a yearly HomeVault plan
The verification service is included with any yearly plan. Choose the tier that matches the number of properties you own.
Step 2
Upload your documents
Photograph or upload your deeds, cadastral extracts, contracts and any correspondence with the land registry. It takes a few minutes per property.
Step 3
We verify and report the gaps
Our team reviews the file, confirms what is in order and sends you a written report of the possible gaps, plus the steps to close them.
Common questions
Do you contact the land registry on my behalf?
No. We tell you exactly what is missing and which office to request it from. The request stays in your name.
Which documents should I upload?
Everything you hold for the property: sale-purchase contract, land book extract, cadastral documentation, inheritance certificate, building permits, and any notarised papers.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a document completeness and consistency check. If we find something serious, we tell you to take it to a notary or a lawyer.
How long does verification take?
Usually a few working days after your documents are uploaded, depending on how many properties are in the file.
